Stanley troubles remain

Accrington's injury problems show no sign of abating ahead of Shrewsbury's visit in npower League Two.
Veteran midfielder Bryan Hughes made his first start for almost two months in last weekend's 4-1 defeat at Cheltenham having been sidelined with a hamstring problem. The appearance came on the back of a 20-minute cameo from the bench in Easter Monday's win over Hereford and Hughes is set to feature once more. There is less encouraging news in defence, with skipper Dean Winnard out for the rest of the campaign following ankle surgery, while Danny Coid (knee), Sean Hessey (hamstring) and Rob Kiernan (ankle) remain sidelined. As a result, 18-year-old Liam Willis is set to continue at centre-back after making his full debut against the Robins. Irish forward Padraig Amond is poised to return to the starting line-up as Bobby Grant has returned to Scunthorpe following a one-month loan spell at the Crown Ground.
