Aldershot news

Aldershot were founded back in 1926, then known as Aldershot Town, but after going out of business in 1992, were re-formed as Aldershot FC. The Shots among the founder members of Division 4 in 1958/9 and won a place back in the Football League by winning the Blue Square Premier title in 2008. Former England star Teddy Sheringham played six games on loan for Aldershot back in 1985.
