Shots boss slams officials
Dean Holdsworth vented his frustration towards the match officials after Fabian Broghammer's last-gasp equaliser earned Bristol Rovers a 2-2 draw.
The Aldershot boss insisted both Rovers goals should have been disallowed, claiming that Matt Harrold was offside when heading down for David Clarkson to open the scoring with a sublime 30-yard strike after 11 minutes.
Holdsworth was also just as convinced that Eliot Richards crossed from an offside position for substitute Broghammer to shoot home as injury time approached.
"We were just waiting for the flag to go up," he said. "The ball hit Harrold inside the box and deflected to the wing where the Rovers lad was clearly offside.
"This is a tough place to come and it is a decent result for us. But we should be going home with a deserved victory.
"We scored two great goals. The first was right off the training ground because we had worked during the week on getting the ball forward quicker. You can control your own players, but not the officials. I thought we had defended well enough to take the points and I'm very disappointed for the players."
