Another worry for Gunners

Arsenal have another injury concern after Johan Djourou picked up a head injury while on international duty with Switzerland.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is already sweating over the fitness of William Gallas, who was forced to sit out France's 2-2 draw with Romania, and now Djourou is also a doubt.

The defender is reported to be suffering from concussion following a clash of heads in the game against Latvia and has to be rated as an early doubt for the weekend's clash with Everton

It is another headache for Wenger, who may now have to throw Mikael Silvestre in against the Toffees following his summer switch from Manchester United.
