Fabregas ready for 'special' game

Arsenal, 12:39, January 30, 2010 ,

Cesc Fabregas says he is relishing the visit of Manchester United as he prepares for what he calls the biggest game of the season.

The reigning Premier League champions arrive in north London in second place in the league table with just a point advantage over the Gunners in third and both sides need the win to close the gap on league leaders Chelsea.
The Blues could be four points ahead of the chasing pack by the time United and Arsenal kick-off on Sunday with Carlo Ancelotti's team facing Burnley on Saturday.
The Gunners looked to be out of the title race following their 3-0 defeat to Chelsea at the end of November but have since been unbeaten in the league and were top of the league going into last weekend.
Fabregas says he is relishing the chance to dent United's title hopes and believes this is Arsenal's biggest game of the season.
"Manchester United surpasses all the other matches for me," he said. "As a player it is the one game I really look forward to playing in every season.
"Chelsea is really good, Liverpool too and Tottenham is special, particularly for the fans who get really excited.
"But if you have to pick one game from 38 then playing against Man U is the game.
"For me it is definitely the most special game to play in the Premier League."
With the Gunners skipper currently in a rich vein of form punters may fancy using their free bet to back the Spaniard to score anytime in Sunday's clash.
