Blackpool's Matt Gilks is the lastest in a long-line of goalkeepers to be linked with a move to Arsenal after his recent good displays.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has been linked with a host of top keepers across Europe as he looks for a new number one at the Emirates as he struggles to decide which of Lukasz Fabianski or Manuel Almunia is his better current option. Gilks has been outstanding for Blackpool in their start to life in the Premier League which has brought him to the attention of interested parties. Ian Holloway has already admitted he will face a battle to keep his stars in the future as he knows his hands are tied when it comes to players wages. He said:"With the wages we pay there's only so long I can hold on to them. They can go on and earn £120,000 and not give us a thought ever again."
