Japan star linked with switch

Arsenal are ready to battle it out with Manchester United for the services of Japanese star Shinji Kagawa.

The Gunners, just like United, are on the look out for at least one attacking midfielder this summer and the duo are set to do battle for the Borussia Dortmund star.
The 23-year-old has impressed in the Champions League this season and what appeals most is he could be available for as little as £5million when the window re-opens.
Kagawa only has one year remaining on his current contract and the German side are keen to cash in now rather than risk losing him for nothing in 12 months time.
The news comes as Arsene Wenger has denied his interest in the Rennes midfielder Yann M'Vila and he could be set to switch his attentions to the Japan ace.
