Milan baulk on Gunners price
AC Milan look to be out of the race to sign Emmanuel Adebayor after stating they will find it 'impossible' to meet Arsenal's demands.
The Togo striker was known to be on the Rossoneri's wish list this summer, as Carlo Ancelotti looks to add a high-profile striker to his ranks having missed out on Champions League qualification.
But Arsenal are standing firm on their valuation of the player, who is also a target for Barcelona, and that appears to have thwarted Milan's attempts to sign the 24-year-old.
Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani claims the Gunners want around £35million for Adebayor, a figure the Serie A giants are not in a position to match.
Asked by Milan's official website about the prospect of signing the player, Galliani admitted: "The request for 45million euros by Arsenal is an impossible request."
