Spanish giants Real Madrid are believed to be lining up a huge £25million bid for Arsenal striker Emmanual Adebayor next summer.
According to reports on
Fans FC, the striker's situation is being carefully watched by Real and they could be set to test Arsene Wenger's resolve to keep the Togo international.
Adebayor only signed a new contract with the Gunners in the summer to put an end to intense speculation linking him with moves to AC Milan and Barcelona but now fresh reports indicate Arsenal are unsure whether the 24-year-old will see out his contract and is still very much tempted by a move abroad.
If he does decide his long-term future lies away from the Emirates, Real are bound to face stiff competition from a whole host of top clubs on the continent for the forward, who already has nine goals this season to follow on from last season's total of 30.
