Star blasts exit claims
Arsenal defender Johan Djourou has dismissed claims he wants to leave Arsenal and has committed his future to the club.
The player's agent had been quoted as saying that a move away from the Emirates Stadium could be on the cards this summer with clubs in Italy and Spain keen to sign him.
However Djourou has dismissed the claims and took to Twitter to tell Gunners fans he has no intention of seeking a move to Napoli or anywhere else.
"I just wanted to deny all what have been said in the press about my transfer," he said on Twitter. "It isn't true at all. I have been at Arsenal since 10 years now and I m always committed to this club."
The 25-year-old has struggled to hold down a regular place in the Gunners side but he seems determined to stay and fight and only recently penned a new contract at the club.
