Striker linked with Gunners move
Arsenal are being linked with Olympiacos striker Kevin Mirallas as doubts continue to surround the future of Robin van Persie.
It remains to be seen whether the Dutchman will stay at the Emirates Stadium beyond this season but boss Arsene Wenger is keeping his eye on possible replacements should he move on. Olivier Giroud and Lukas Poldolski have already been drafted in but Wenger will want further reinforcements should Van Persie go and Mirallas is being mentioned as a target. The 24-year-old is very highly-rated and Liverpool are also among the clubs showing an interest after he bagged 18 goals for the Greek side before being named player of the season. Olympiacos could sell the Belgium star for £6.4million but Wenger will hold back until he knows for sure where Van Persie will be playing his football next season.
