Arsene Wenger maybe forced to lose striker Nicklas Bendtner if he wants to tempt West Ham to part with Matthew Upson
Upson is widely expected to leave Upton Park during the January transfer window with Arsenal, Spurs and Aston Villa all interested in signing him.
But The Hammers are determined not to lose him on the cheap and, as they are tipped to lose striker Craig Bellamy to Manchester City, they want to find a replacement and have their sights on Bendtner.
The Danish international, who has also been linked with a move to Bayern Munich, might need some persuasion to move to East London and on top of that the Gunners are also likely to have to find some cash as the Hammers rate Upson at around £15 million.
