Toure switch blasted

Arsenal, 11:29, June 10, 2009

Yaya Toure's agent has ruled out the possibility of the Barcelona midfielder signing for Arsenal this summer.

The midfielder is in dispute with Barca over a new contract at the Nou Camp and there have been suggestions he could move on if a compromise cannot be reached.
The Gunners have been strongly linked as Arsene Wenger would like to link him up with his brother Kolo at the Emirates Stadium, but his agent Dmitri Seluk says that will not happen.
It looks as though there is more money on the table elsewhere and even though Toure could end up in England, it will not be with the Gunners according to Seluk.
"There are many teams interested in Toure," Seluk revealed. "He will not go to Arsenal because he has better offers and nor will he go to Germany, but his future could be in Italy or in England."
