Triple boost for Gunners
Arsenal,
Last updated:
Arsenal will have Laurent Koscielny, Abou Diaby and Francis Coquelin back for the clash with Chelsea on Saturday afternoon.
Koscielny is available again following a two-match suspension and is expected to return to the Gunners defence, as Arsene Wenger plans changes following the 2-1 defeat against Wigan on Monday night.
Diaby is back in the squad following a hamstring injury but Wenger is reluctant to rush him back and the midfielder will probably have to settle for a place on the bench.
Coquelin has also recovered from a hamstring injury and could be on the bench, but Yossi Benayoun is ineligible to play against his former club, while Mikel Arteta has been ruled out for the season with an ankle injury.
England midfielder Jack Wilshere (ankle) has already been ruled out, along with German centre-back Per Mertesacker (ankle).
