Two in, one out for Gunners
Arsenal, 13:48, June 14, 2009 ,
Andrey Arshavin and Tomas Rosicky claim they are happy at Arsenal, but Philippe Senderos says he is looking to leave the club.
Arshavin only joined the Gunners in January but has already been linked with a return to Zenit St Petersburg after claims he is unhappy at how much he is being taxed.
However, his agent Dennis Latcher has ruled out any possibility of the Russian superstar returning to his homeland, calling any reports of Zenit making an offer for the 28-year-old as 'made up'.
"No, he isn't looking for a pay rise at the moment, he is happy," Latcher told the Daily Star Sunday.
"I cannot comment on that. It is made up by somebody, I think."
Joining Arshavin in reasserting his commitment for the club is Rosicky, who has been plagued with injuries since joining Arsenal but says Arsene Wenger's patience has convinced him to stay on.
"If I find the form I had before my injury then I will play," Rosicky told the News of the World.
"Wenger was frustrated when I told him I would need to undergo more surgery. But he has not tried to kick me out so he has faith in me."
However, one player who looks set to leave north London this summer is Swiss centre-back Senderos, who spent last season on loan at AC Milan, and says he would like to return there on a permanent basis rather than stay at the Emirates Stadium.
"It depends on Arsenal. I want to continue at Milan because I cannot see a place for me with the Gunners," said Senderos.
