We are still in title race - Podolski
Lukas Podolski is adamant that Arsenal are not out of this season's Premier League title race, despite their poor recent form.
The 27-year-old German international striker claims the championship is not in their immediate thoughts given that they are a massive 15 points adrift of league leaders Manchester United after only winning five of their opening 15 games. However, Podolski firmly believes that an up-turn in form for Arsene Wenger's men, coupled with teams amongst the leading pack starting to slip up, could see them force their way back into contention before the end of the season. He told the Daily Express: "Right now we don't speak about the title because we are 15 points behind. "But football is very quick and you win three or four matches and another loses two or three matches and you are in. "We have more than 20 matches to go. When you are sixth or seventh in the table, people say you are not so good, or what has happened to Arsenal? When you play 38 matches then you can see. "We have played a lot of away games where we were the better team but we only got one point. These are the kind of matches that we want to win. We will do this."
