Wenger ready for crucial two games
Arsene Wenger says his Arsenal side face the two biggest games of their season so far when they play Spurs and then Montpellier.
The Gunners host Tottenham in Saturday's lunchtime north London derby before welcoming French side Montpellier to the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday for a crunch Champions League clash.
Wenger is well aware just how important the two games are and is hopeful of two positive results.
"It's very important for many clubs," he said. "When you look at the number of players who pulled out of their international game, all over Europe, you realise that many teams go into decisive games, especially in the Champions League.
"It's game No 5. That's usually a decider for the qualifier."
The Frenchman added: "You could see that this week, when you saw the number of players who were not in the international friendlies."
