Wenger reveals knocks in camp
Marouane Chamakh and Denilson are minor doubts for the visit of Wigan Athletic on Saturday, according to Arsene Wenger.
The Moroccan striker (knee) and Brazilian midfielder (hip) both picked up minor knocks in the Gunners' 3-1 FA Cup third-round replay victory over Leeds on Wednesday evening, but should recover by the weekend.
"We have some uncertainty about Chamakh and Denilson," the manager told TV Online on Thursday afternoon.
"Denilson has been hit on the hip and we will see how he responds tomorrow morning. Chamakh today looks good so overall I don't think we have lost anybody last night. They are small doubts."
The Arsenal manager confirmed that midfielder Abou Diaby (calf) and defender Sebastien Squillaci (hamstring) are still a week away from contention while goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski (shoulder) requires 'patience'.
