Wenger urges title push

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger believes his squad are more than capable of challenging for the Premier League title this season.

The north London outfit have looked very strong in their pre-season friendlies, and that was highlighted by their 4-0 victory over Cologne last weekend. Arsenal have been busy in the summer transfer window, with the likes of Lukas Podolski, Olivier Giroud and Santi Cazorla bolstering the Gunners attack ahead of the Premier League campaign. Wenger has been pleased with the club's work over the off-season and he is confident Arsenal, who you can back using your free bet, will be in the mix come the end of the campaign. He told the club's official website: "We want to and we have a desire to. "We are up for it and what we want is to come out of the season and know we have given our best. "I feel we did that last year, finishing third with the start we had. "The first target is to do as well as we can in every single game and see where we stand at the end of the season, but of course we want to fight for the championship."
