Bennett set to face the Magpies

New boy Joe Bennett is in the Aston Villa squad to make his debut against Newcastle at the Sports Direct Arena on Sunday.

Villa snapped up the young England Under-21 international left-back from Middlesbrough in a £2.5million deal plus add-ons earlier in the week. And, despite him not featuring for Boro in the Championship so far this season, he is fit to make his first appearance for Paul Lambert's side back in the North-east. Villa are also boosted by the return of defender Ciaran Clark after he served a one match suspension in the midweek Capital One Cup win over Tranmere following his red card against Everton last weekend.
