Benteke beaming after debut goal
Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke knows scoring a goal on his debut is only the start but believes he has settled at Villa Park.
Paul Lambert's summer signing came off the bench against Swansea and opened his account to seal a 2-0 win.
The 21-year-old former Genk attacker is now looking forward to making a similar impact during the rest of the season.
The youngster impressed in Belgium last season scoring 19 times in his 37 appearances.
"I was very happy. It was my first game with my new club and I scored," Benteke told the club's official website. "I had a good feeling when I scored and after the game when we won.
"Everyone was happy in the dressing room because we know Swansea is a good team, with good players. It's only the start. Now I have to keep on going and continue to work."
