Darren Bent has been impressed with Matthew Lowton's start to life at Aston Villa and backed him for a future England call-up.

Villa's record signing is focusing on trying to get goals for Paul Lambert's side this season, but he has been alerted by the form of Lowton, who was snapped up from League One Sheffield United during the summer transfer window.
And, after seeing the young right-back volley in Villa's first goal in Saturday's 2-0 Villa Park win against Swansea, Bent likened him to Tottenham's fellow Sheffield United old boy Kyle Walker, who enjoyed a successful loan season with Villa and has gone on to become an England international.
"Matt has settled in really well and he gives absolutely everything he's got in every game," said Bent on the club's website.
"I didn't know much about him before he joined us but he has been really impressive in training and in matches.
"In fact, it's hard to believe he's stepped up two divisions. I get the feeling we'll be seeing a lot more of him in the coming months.
"It wouldn't surprise me if he doesn't follow in the footsteps of another former Blades player Kyle Walker, who was on loan here and is now England's first-choice right-back."
