Aston Villa are hoping James Collins and Gabby Agbonlahor will be fit for Tuesday evening's massive home game against Bolton.

Wales international central defender, Collins, picked up a slight groin strain during Saturday's goalless draw against Sunderland at Villa Park, while England international hitman, Agbonlahor, suffered a shoulder injury to add to boss Alex McLeish's major problems with regards to his options in attack. However, despite the visit of Owen Coyle's fellow strugglers coming up this week, it is hoped the duo can make a rapid recovery to return to the starting XI. Meanwhile, McLeish watched his side pick up a 15th draw of the campaign against the Black Cats and called on his players to repeat the quality of the performance but try and secure a win which would move them eight points clear of the drop zone and within touching distance of safety. He said: "We've had far too many draws but it is not for want of trying to win games and against Sunderland was no exception. "We just needed that final bit of quality for the end product. The players got the fans off their seats with the tempo and they've got to realise that's got to be the same every single game. "We can't ease ourselves into games at Villa Park. We've got to be dynamic and it was a dynamic performance."
