Simon Davey has backed his opposite number at Doncaster Sean O'Driscoll to turn things around at the Keepmoat Stadium.
Davey has seen the pressure on him lift a little after successive wins but the victory over Doncaster on Tuesday plunged Doncaster to bottom of the table a full seven points adrift of Davey's men who are fourth from bottom.
The Barnsley boss has words of comfort for O'Driscoll who he believes is still the man for the job at Doncaster.
He told the Star: "Sean is a fantastic manager. He's done a great job at Doncaster, he's brought them into this division and it's a tough division. We know that. At Barnsley this is our third season in it.
"But if he can continue to believe in the style of football that he plays, he'll get out of the bottom three, I'm sure. He's got some good players and they play their football the right way."
