Rivals first up for Tykes

Barnsley will open the new Championship season with a trip to face South Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Wednesday.
The opening clash at Hillsborough is followed by a trip to Lincoln City in the Carling Cup before the first home game of the campaign against Coventry on August 15th.
Other notable dates for Simon Davey's men are at home to Sheffield United on November 7th and the visit of Newcastle on December 12th, plus a trip to Preston on Boxing Day.
