Larsson's waiting game

Birmingham star Sebastian Larsson has put his contract talks on ice and will wait until the dust settles on Carson Yeung's takeover.

The Sweden international is out of contract at the end of the season when he can leave for nothing and is no nearer to agreeing fresh terms.

Larsson told Fotbollskanalen: "There is not much happening right now, so there is no news. The club are in a position where a new owner could be coming in, so let's wait.

"We have discussed a contract, but that has been put on ice. It's now up to the club to come back to me.

"I am concentrating on my football for now and I feel under no stress."
