Midfielder injury setback

Birmingham will be without midfielder Medhi Nafti for the next two weeks after the player picked up a slight hamstring injury.

Nafti, who has had a nightmare on the injury front over the past couple of seasons, picked up the injury against Southampton on Saturday, and although it is nothing serious, he is still looking at a couple of weeks out.

"It's a very small tear and it's clinically not bad," Blues boss Alex McLeish told the club's website. "It's high up on his hamstring where the muscle meets the tendon and it's a blow to us."
