Sam Allardyce says Blackburn are starting to benefit from having a fully fit David Dunn in their first team.
Dunn scored Blackburn's first goal in the 3-2 win over Burnley on Sunday and was a constant thorn in the side of the Clarets all afternoon as Rovers picked up a crucial win.
The midfielder has had his problems on the injury front throughout his career but is now problem free and Allardyce says that is a huge bonus for the club.
"The first thing we had to do was to secure a fit David Dunn so he could be selected regularly," Allardyce revealed. "Then he had to work out what he had to do on his own when everyone else had disappeared from the training ground.
"We have also found him a position that suits, playing just off the front man and he is playing better than he has for a long time. He is not only our leading scorer but he is providing others the opportunity to get goals. He is doing a terrific job."
