Matt Derbyshire is being tipped to complete a permanent move to Olympiakos after expressing a desire to stay in Greece.
The 23-year-old impressed during his loan stint with the Athens club, becoming a fans favourite after playing a key role in their 4-4 Greek Cup final clash with rivals AEK Athens.
With Roque Santa Cruz, Benni McCarthy and Jason Roberts ahead of him in the Ewood Park pecking order, Derbyshire is keen to move on to gain regular first-team football.
The England Under-21 international has admitted to enjoying his time in the Greek capital and reports claim Sam Allardyce has told the striker he can leave if Olympiakos meet Rovers valuation of him.
