Rovers welcome back Dunn

Blackburn Rovers, 13:37, October 27, 2009 ,

David Dunn has trained with the Blackburn squad after recovering from illness and is expected to face Peterborough tonight.

The influential midfielder was forced to miss out at the weekend as the Rovers were beaten 5-0 by Chelsea but Blackburn boss Sam Allardyce has confirmed he will play some part against the Posh in tonight's Carling Cup tie.
"Dunny in back training with us," Allardyce told the club's official website. "But from out point of view it is just hoping we don't get any more calls later with any more of these flu symptoms as that would cause us chaos."
Chris Samba also missed the defeat at the weekend through illness and the defender has not recovered in time for tonight's fixture. while Pascal Chimbonda and Vince Grella will both miss out with calf and thigh injuries respectively.
