Samba set for PL return

Queens Park Rangers are set to make a move to try and lure former Blackburn defender Christopher Samba back to England this summer.
The former Rovers stopper was sold to Anzhi Makhachkala in Russia back in January for £12m but has not had the best of times and would be keen to move back to England and the Premier League. The centre half would be keen to return but Anzhi are not keen to sell so soon after signing him so it will have to be an offer that they find too good to turn down. He is just one of a number of targets that boss Mark Hughes has in his sights as he looks to strengthen his squad to avoid the drama of a relegation battle next season.
