Star tipped to return home

Blackburn defender Andre Ooijer looks set to be heading for the exit door in the summer with a return to Holland on the cards.

The 34-year-old's contract is due to expire next summer and it looks as though he will let it run down and leave on a free transfer although there is a chance he could go in January.
The Holland ace will be free to talk to rival clubs when the transfer window opens and it looks as though the player has every intention of signing a pre-contract agreement to return to his homeland.
PSV Eindhoven, Ajax, AZ Alkmaar and Feyenoord are all keen and the defender could have his pick.
"My contract is due to expire next year and then I am a free agent at the end of the season," Ooijer told the Dutch FA's official website. "In principle, I am allowed to talk to other clubs from January. If it is up to me and my family, I will return to the Netherlands.
"I have read that there is a lot of interest in me, but I really have got no idea yet which club I will eventually move to."
