Broadfoot relishing Holloway link

Blackpool's new signing Kirk Broadfoot has revealed Ian Holloway attracted him to the club.

The Scotland international joined the club as a free agent after leaving Rangers at the end of last season. And the 28-year-old was sold on the club after speaking with Holloway. "Speaking with the manager I was just blown away with him and his style of football," he told the club's official website. "People couldn't have spoken highly enough of the club so I think it was a good choice for me. "I think it's got something special about it, Blackpool. It just seems to have this aura about it that everyone seems to enjoy themselves here and I wanted to be part of that."
