Jezeri reveals Seasiders deal

Algerian striker Adda Djeziri has confirmed that he will be joining Blackpool.

The 24-year-old will sign a one-year deal, with an option for a further 12 months, after training with the Seasiders for the past four weeks. Djeziri will initially feature for the club's development squad but it is hoped he will then progress into the first team. He told the Blackpool Gazette: "I will be signing with Blackpool. We have been in negotiations for two weeks and this is a very exciting opportunity for me. "It all happened at random. The manager had heard of me and asked me in for a trial. I've played some training matches, scored some goals and created some assists. "They have been excited about my performance, so that is awesome. This is a step up for my career."
