Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is under no illusions over the scale of the task awaiting his side in the npower Championship play-off final.

The Seasiders weathered a second-half fightback from Birmingham to secure a 2-2 draw at St Andrew's in Wednesday night's semi-final second-leg - and a 3-2 aggregate victory.
West Ham await Holloway's men at Wembley and could hold a significant psychological having won 4-0 and 4-1 in the league meetings between the sides this season.
"We're going to try to take on a team who finished 11 points above us and beat us 8-1 over the two league games," Holloway said.
"You don't get a bigger test than that but we're looking forward to it."
