Striker touch and go
Blackpool, 13:45, September 16, 2009 ,
Ben Burgess is Blackpool's only injury doubt ahead of this evening's home clash against high-flying Newcastle.
The striker is struggling with a knee injury that flared up again following the defeat against Leicester on Saturday and is rated 50-50 for the visit of the Magpies.
Elsewhere, Hameur Bouazza look set to make his home debut after signing on a permanent basis last week.
Meanwhile, boss Ian Holloway says he is keen to get rid of the 'small team' mentality that still exists at the club, starting with the game against Newcastle.
"This sort of air about us, this 'oh we've done well, we've punched above our weight' - what a load of rubbish. I'm sick and fed up of 'little Blackpool' because I don't think we are little," he told the Blackpool Gazette.
"I want to banish that because I still think I can see little bits of it. I want my players to be proud of what they do and the way they've been doing it. This is the Championship."
