Darlington boss Craig Liddle has said his side will be looking to reward fans for their support with victories in their final two games
The Quakers have endured a torrid season in which they almost went out of business, as well as suffering relegation from the Blue Square Bet Premiership. Relegation to the Conference North was confirmed last weekend after a draw with Bath, which was the club's 18 match without a win, but manager Liddle has urged his side to go out and win their final two games, starting away at Forest Green, for the sake of their fans who have stood by them in troubled times. "There are supporters travelling down in similar conditions so we have to do it for them," Liddle said. "I'll be demanding that we put on a display on Saturday."
