Proudlock rejects new deal
Blue Square Premiership,
Telford striker Adam Proudlock could be set for a summer exit after turning down the club's offer of a new contract.
Proudlock missed a large chunk of last season with a broken ankle, making only eight Blue Square Bet Premier appearances towards the end of the campaign. Telford boss Andy Sinton insists the club are not resigned to losing the forward and will keep working on a fresh deal. "Through no fault of his or ours, Adam spent time injured last season. The deal we put forward reflected that. But I'll speak to Adam again. The deal's certainly not dead," Sinton told BBC Radio Shropshire. The well-travelled 31-year-old was offered a contract based on appearances and will now weigh up his future.
