Midfielder move lined up

Ipswich Town are being linked with a swoop for Gavin McCann as Bolton look to cash in on the midfielder in January.
Wanderers boss Gary Megson is keen to sell the midfielder during the transfer window in order to fund moves for his own transfer targets and reports claim that Ipswich could be ready to take him.
The midfielder would be available on loan immediately but the Tractor Boys would have to take him on a permanent basis in January as Megson will not sanction a season-long loan deal.
Megson tried to offload McCann to Portsmouth in the summer but a deal failed to materialise and the former Aston Villa man has struggled for action since.
