Bolton will check on the fitness of Nigel Reo-Coker ahead of tonight's game with Tottenham, while Gretar Steinsson will again sit out.

Reo-Coker picked up a knock during Saturday's 2-2 draw at Sunderland but boss Owen Coyle is hopeful the influential midfielder will be passed fit to take his place in the side. If not then Josh Vela, who came on at the Stadium of Light to replace Reo-Coker, will be handed his first start as Darren Pratley is again sidelined with a virus. Illness will also keep out Steinsson but apart from that Coyle has a clean bill of health as Wanderers look for the victory that would take them three points clear of relegation with just two games remaining. Wanderers will be given a huge lift before kick off as Fabrice Muamba is set to walk out on to the pitch to show his appreciation to the fans just weeks after collapsing on the pitch at White Hart Lane after suffering a cardiac arrest.
