West Brom and West Ham are said to be keeping an eye on Jussi Jaaskelainen's situation at Bolton as doubts surround his future.

The Finland international, who has been at the Reebok for the last 15 years, has fallen out of favour with youngster Adam Bogdan dominating the keeper's jersey this season. The 37-year-old is due to fall out of contract in the summer and even though Bolton are keen to tie him down to a new two-year deal, there is every possibility he could move on and the Baggies and Hammers are on red alert. Jaaskelainen is waiting to see if the Trotters win their fight for survival but he may fancy a move no matter what as Bogdan, barring injury, will keep the shirt and at his age he will want first-team football. West Ham would have to win promotion themselves but it comes as no surprise to see Sam Allardyce linked with a move. "If Robert Green goes, there's the obvious connection with Sam and Jussi is also on West Brom's list," a source close to the player has been quoted as saying in the Daily Star. "If Bolton don't go down, Jussi will probably sign the new deal but if they are relegated then he'll probably leave.'' QPR are also said to be keen and there will be no shortage of interest should he opt to leave the Reebok in the summer.
