Rosler - Poor form inspired us

Brentford manager Uwe Rosler believes a recent poor run is the driving force behind his side's current fine form in npower League One.
Goals from Marcus Bean and Niall McGinn secured a 2-0 win over Oldham, a fourth straight victory following a run of three successive defeats.
"Since we slipped out of contention a little with those three losses, we have been a lot more relaxed and have a great spirit in the side," said Rosler.
"When we lost those games the expectation went away. Then we signed a proven goalscorer in Clinton Morrison and the belief came back, and now we have the momentum."
Bean took just 68 seconds to break the deadlock, bundling home a Clayton Donaldson long throw at the near post, and the Bees sealed the points when substitute McGinn lashed home from 12 yards with almost his first touch.
