We're in the mix - El-Abd

Adam El-Abd insists Brighton are up for the challenge of finishing in the play-offs.

The Seagulls, promoted from League One last term, are currently sixth, level on points with fifth-placed Blackpool and Middlesbrough in seventh.
"We fancy ourselves for the play-offs because we are right in the mix," said defender El-Abd.
"But I'm sure all the other teams fancy themselves too. It's so tight and every point is going to be hard fought for at this stage of the season, but we are prepared for the challenge.
"We have six cup finals now and every one of them is just as important as the other. Burnley is coming up on Friday and we need to improve our form away from home if we are going to stay in the play-off pack."
