Baldock poised for Robins bow

Sam Baldock may be in line for his Bristol City debut when they host Cardiff.

The striker was paraded before Tuesday's win over Crystal Palace having joined from West Ham earlier that day.
Fellow forward and another of Derek McInnes' recent signings, Steve Davies, will hope to make his full debut after only coming on for the closing few minutes.
But both players will find it hard to break into the side which thrashed the Eagles 4-1, a result that included goals from strikers Jon Stead and Ryan Taylor.
However, it provides a welcomed headache for McInnes who started the season with only Stead available and Brett Pitman seemingly not featuring in his current plans.
Taylor would be most likely to make way for the new arrivals having started the season as the Robins' reserve striker.M
