Johnson set for trio return joy

Defender Jamie McAllister, midfielder Lee Johnson and striker Nicky Maynard should be fit for Bristol City's trip to Sheffield Wed.
McAllister and Johnson have been struggling with respective toe and ankle problems of late, but they have now got the green light to return to boss Gary Johnson's first-team squad ahead of the trip to face the Owls at Hillsborough this weekend.
Maynard was stretchered off at Ipswich on Wednesday after a nasty tackle from defender Alex Bruce which earned the Town man a straight red card. However he is also set to be back in the side on Saturday as the Robins aim to bounce back from the 3-1 defeat at Portman Road.
There is some disappointment for Johnson as striker Dele Adebola and skipper Louis Carey are both definitely out due to dead legs picked up against the Tractor Boys. Therefore John Akinde and Lee Trundle will compete for a place in attack.
