Boss Gary Johnson insists Bristol City must do more than just turn up to beat struggling Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
The Robins chief is looking to guide his side back into the top six but is wary of the potential banana skin in the shape of Forest, who are unbeaten in three games after a dreadful start.
Johnson told the club's website: "Forest feel they've had a bit of a revival recently and we must be aware of that. Every game in the Championship is a tough test.
"We have to keep them in their place (in the league) because that will get us closer to the play-off pack and beyond.
"Forest are a big club. I was there as a young lad under Brian Clough and he spoke to me once, telling me: 'I'm getting rid of you'. I was there for a couple of months and it was a real eye-opener."
