Barrios set for Dortmund departure

Borussia Dortmund have revealed that Lucas Barrios will be leaving the Bundesliga outfit at the end of the current campaign.

The Bundesliga frontrunners have agreed a deal with Chinese side Guangzhou Evergrande for the 27-year-old, who has seen himself fall down the pecking order at his current employers. The Paraguay international, who has helped the club record back-to-back Bundesliga titles, leaves with the club's best wishes. A statement read: "Lucas Barrios won two Bundesliga titles with us and in 82 league games scored 39 goals, so that is why we met his wish to change clubs and play first-team football."
