Dortmund snap up Schieber
Former Germany Under-21 international Julian Schieber has made the move from Stuttgart to Borussia Dortmund for an undisclosed fee.
The 23-year-old frontman has agreed a four-year deal with Jurgen Klopp's side and is seen as a like-for-like replacement for Lucas Barrios, who recently left the Bundesliga champions for Chinese club Guangzhou Evergrande. "We are delighted to add a young German player that fits perfectly in our team. He has a great future," said Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc. Schieber scored three times in 18 Bundesliga appearances for Stuttgart last season and becomes Dortmund's fourth capture of the summer, following the arrival of Marco Reus, Leonardo Bittencourt and Oliver Kirch.
