Grosskreutz eyes Euro glory
Kevin Grosskreutz feels Borussia Dortmund are ready to take the next step in Europe and challenge the big boys in the Champions League.
BVB secured back-to-back Bundesliga titles last term but were unable to replicate their form in Europe's elite club competition. They failed to get out of a group that included Arsenal, Marseille and Olympiakos and finished bottom of the standings. But Grosskreutz is confident that his side can put last season's disappointment behind them to at least quality for the knock-out stage of the prestigious competition. "We certainly want to get more points (this year)," he told Bild. "And, of course, it is essential to get to the second round. We want to upset the top clubs. We are ready now."
