Kagawa confirms United switch

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Shinji Kagawa has made it clear that he will be joining Manchester United in the summer transfer window.

The Japan international has long been linked with the Red Devils as they look to revamp an ageing midfield at Old Trafford.
He has put in some sterling work in the Bundesliga over the past couple of years with an impressive 28 goals in 69 appearances during his time with Dortmund.
United have yet to respond to the comments about his future movements but that is likely to be down to the fact that they will not speak about a player while he is still under contract to another club.
But that has not stopped the 23-year-old expressing his delight at the move, as he said: "May 12 will be my last game for Dortmund and then I will start a new chapter in Manchester United."
